It’s less than 10 minutes walk to the Balcon de Europa in the centre of Nerja and only 2 minutes to the nearest beach approximately 200m down the road. The balcony runs the width of the apartment and is furnished with a table and chairs which can be enjoyed all year round. The apartment offers all modern amenities, HVAC system, free WIFI, TV with English and other European languages, communal swimming pool (although this is usually not open during winter month), lifts, entrances to front and back of building, etc For the benefit of all customers, NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed. PARKING AVAILABLE - PRIOR RESERVATION REQUIRED.
