The Museum of Arts and Popular Customs is housed in a seventeenth century building known as the "Meson de la Victoria" which was an inn reputation at the time. Illustrated by photos and memorabilia how everyday life has changed since the seventeenth century to the present. We can include, among other things, costumes from different eras, objects that were used for cooking and ornaments. The building is divided into two parts each part devoted to a topic. On the ground floor we find the theme of "rural", where we see the bakery to make bread oven and a series of tools that were used to knead, a winery where the grapes were pressed and a warehouse where exposed wines typical of the city of Malaga. On the first floor we find the theme of "urban" and we can see an alcove of the time and artisan clothing white glazed ceramic Malaga, mud farming implements Malaga and costumes of the period. The museum is open Monday to Friday from 10.00h to 13.00h and from 16.00h to 19.00h (or 17.00h to 20.00 in summer) and Saturday from 10.00h to 13.00h. The price is € 2.
